Contact form

Details you submit through the contact form (name, work email, company, role, message) are used only to respond to your enquiry and to manage the business relationship that follows. They are sent to us by email through our email delivery provider and stored in our customer records. We do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete it when it is no longer needed for that purpose, or earlier on request.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or ask for it to be restricted, by writing to info@acrivagroup.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

Business outreach

When we contact professionals at companies about our technology, we use business contact details from public company sources, on the basis of legitimate interest. Every message tells you how to opt out, and we stop on the first request.
